Age and accounts: 18 and one
Account holders must be 18 or over. One account is the ceiling, counted per person and again per household, e-mail, phone number and IP address. Registration details have to agree with your documents: identity, address, payment method and, now and then, source of funds, all due 30 days after we ask.
The bonus figures
- £20 is the minimum deposit for a welcome stage, which you activate in My Bonus before staking it. Skrill and Neteller deposits never qualify.
- 20x applies to deposit plus bonus on welcome stages, 35x on the Weekend Reload, 40x on free-spin winnings and the crypto welcome, and 1x on cashback.
- 10 days is the life of each welcome stage.
- £100 is the most you may stake per bet while any bonus is active.
- 10x the bonus caps what it releases, and free spins release at most £50 or £100.
- 1 bonus can be active at once. Asking for a withdrawal voids it, and cancelling it removes the bonus balance.
How each £1 staked counts
Slots, keno and scratch cards count the full £1. Game shows such as Crazy Time, Monopoly and Dream Catcher count 50p. Video poker, live tables and certain instant games count 10p. Standard table and card games and excluded titles count nothing.
Payout figures
Reviews take up to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, 6:00 to 17:00 GMT, with at most 3 requests pending. A deposit not turned over 1x costs 10% when withdrawn. Money returns by the route it arrived, and monthly limits run from £5,000 to £20,000 by VIP level.
